Tickets available for Deltaville’s Jackson Creek Christmas Cruise

CORRECTION: The correct date for the annual Jackson Creek Christmas Cruise event in Deltaville, is Friday Dec. 13, rain or shine. A previous version listed the date as Dec. 6. We apologize for the mixup.

MIDDLESEX––There are still tickets available for the annual Jackson Creek Christmas Cruise event in Deltaville, set for Friday Dec. 13, rain or shine. There are tickets for all times — 4:30. 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. The tickets are on sale at two Deltaville businesses —Nauti Nell’s store and J & W Seafood. Adult tickets are $10 and children’s tickets are $5.

Children weighing less than 50 pounds must provide their own Coast Guard approved life jacket and be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

Organizers stressed that again this year all passengers must pick up boarding passes at the Deltaville Community Association (DCA) building, 17147 General Puller Highway, 15 minutes before the cruise time on their tickets. All passengers will be transported down General Puller Highway via a hay wagon to the boats at Deltaville Marina. The cruise is approximately 30 minutes around the creek.

Free cookies and cider will be available all night at the DCA building. No ticket is required to come to the Christmas party. There will be a cookie contest, model trains, Santa and music from 4-8 p.m.

The 2025 DCA calendars will be available for sale as well as the special 2024 DCA Christmas tree ornament.  All are welcome.

For information or to volunteer, call Gail Butler at 357-6465. Donations of Christmas cookies for the event are needed.
