Fitness Sampler Day set for Jan. 4

Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism (PRT) is showcasing Zumba, Senior Yoga, Floor Yoga and Belly Dance classes from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at the Stewart Building, 6382 Main St., Gloucester.

All sessions are free, but pre-registration is required as soon as possible at https://secure.rec1.com/VA/gloucester-county-va/catalog.

Senior yoga
Senior Yoga will be offered on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Stewart Building, Jan. 8 to March 12. The fee is $54 and signup deadline, Jan. 4.

Floor yoga
Floor Yoga will be offered Mondays, Jan. 6 through March 3, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Stewart Building. The fee is $65 and signup deadline, Jan. 4.

Zumba
Registration is being accepted for Zumba on Mondays and Wednesdays at Page Middle School. January class fees are daily for $9 per day or $56 for the month. The registration deadline is Jan. 4.
